7. How will I know what to do with the Valslide®?

Your Valslide® will come with a booklet that contains directions for use, exercise pictures and descriptions, as well as two workouts.  You may follow the workouts provided or incorporate the Valslide® into your current exercise regiment.  If you have additional questions, you may email them to info@valeriewaters.com.
