I love the Valslide!! It's the most practical and effective workout a woman can do! It works the butt, thighs and legs and is perfect for all around circuit training.. I depend on mine and love using it. It' s small enough so I carry it anywhere and its great for traveling. And I always feel the results immediately. I know if I just do my Valslide work out 3 times a week, my butt and legs will stay looking exactly the way I want them to.
