1pm – 2:30pm – Teaching the Valslide Reverse Lunge, Side Lunge, and Mountain Climber, techniques, cueing, progressions and regressions. + Interactive Breakout Session to feel it, see it and correct it!
20 Minute Break + Snacks
2:50-4:00 – Teaching Valslide Leg Curls, One-arm Slide, and Upside-down Snow Angel
Learn how to feel the exercise, see the proper form, cue it and correct it.
4:00 – 4:10 – Break
4:10 – 5:00 – Valslide circuits and EasyScale Methodology for individuals, small groups and bootcamps. Includes interactive breakout sessions to create Valslide and Valslide Hybrid Circuits.
